Marketing Coordinator, Norway

1! We are growing and looking for 1 new joiner to be part of our amazing team. The Marketing coordinator colleagues in Novartis Norway are supporting the marketing and sales teams: Brand Managers, Territory Managers, Field Based Brand Managers, Medical Advisors, Franchise Heads and other team members.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Coordination (planning and execution) of events (internal and external) (e.g. congresses, launch events, symposia, advisory boards and exhibitions, evening events, preceptorships or any type of events ) in Norway and abroad

• Cooperation with Brand Managers and in-house Graphic Designer and external advertising agencies and publishing house related to promotional materials (layouts, proofreading, offer requests, orders, logistics)

• Handle independently administrational tasks related to purchasing process, placing orders (PO’s), coding invoices and other similar assignments

• As part of pool set up, closely co-operate with other marketing coordinators and act as back up for other marketing coordinators

• Ensure compliance with current processes (P3) and legislation, Novartis local and global SOPs and WPs and keep quality as key priority in all duties.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Business Administration Degree.

• Norwegian, English (good spoken and written).

• Previous experience in Pharma as a marketing coordinator is an advantage, but not necessary.

• Required skills - MSOffice package, digital capabilities, collaboration skills, strong organizational capabilities.
