Help us fight the no 1 cause of blindness in Norway! We are a growing pharma company looking for a National territory manager, who will be part of an intriguing launch of our new ophthalmology drug.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Take ownership and secure cross functional cooperation within the geographic area assigned
• Develops and applies understanding of customer organizations and networks, and of diverse influences that affect customer decisions
• Executes call plans for customers, including medical experts from customer or academic communities; develops business/clinical networks.
• Integrates customer-facing activities in cross-functional teams (e.g. Medical Affairs, Market Access) to achieve sales targets.
• Ensures that Novartis products and supporting services are broadly understood and available to more patients and customers.
• Works to ensure diverse and inclusive environment free from all forms of discrimination and harassment
What you’ll bring to the role:
• University level, preferably in business, medical or natural science
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• Sales experience in Pharma
• Winner attitude, Convincing and Customer orientated
• Good knowledge in digital tools and software
