Senior Marine Electrical Engineer

Qualifications

• Marine Electrical Engineer (MSc)
• Experience with marine electrical systems including variable frequency drives, switchboards, batteries, motors and generators
• Able to travel internationally
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken. Our business language is English

Main Responsibilities

• Designing electrical power solutions for commercial marine vessels
• Delegating tasks to a team of electrical engineers and technicians
• Dealing with Marine Class Societies to ensure system approval
• Quality control of suppliers’ equipment
• Partake in testing of systems and their components
• Assist with commissioning of installed systems onboard vessels
• Technical support for the Sales Team
