We are experiencing increasing order volume and are looking for the following position to join our agile team:

Service Coordinator

Qualifications

• Relevant education at high-school or university level. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education
• Structured and responsible
• Good knowledge of the maritime industry
• Proactive and works independently
• Good computer skills
• Experience from the automation field is preferred
• Able to travel internationally
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken. Our business language is English

Main Responsibilities

• Coordination and follow-up of service requests
• Follow-up of service engineers before, during and after assignment
• Preparing aftermarket offers
• Updating documentation and drawings
• Updating customer-related information in our CRM system

• Self-motivated, structured and with a high work capacity
• Adaptable, flexible and with the ability to handle several projects at the same time
• Hands-on and with a problem-solving attitude
• Able to work alone and in teams, good communication skills
• Take initiative and show responsibility

• Have a strong will to contribute as a team-member in various projects to the overall success of the business
