We are experiencing increasing order volume and are looking for the following position to join our agile team:

HR Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience from a similar position in an international environment
• Experience from maritime industry is a clear advantage
• BA/BS in Human Resource Management
• Able to travel internationally
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken. Our business language is English

Main responsibilities

• Work closely with senior management to develop company policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance for headquarters and local offices abroad
• Manage recruitment, training, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, employee relations and performance evaluation together with our Office/Payroll Manager
• Encourage a workplace environment that values teamwork and collaboration
• Stimulate professional development
• In close corporation with the HSEQ Manager, handle improvement projects, HSE, quality and risk evaluation
