We are now hiring a Team Manager for our Integration and Framework team within EnoroCX R&D.

The new Team Manager will be part of a highly competent team in Norway who are delivering Customer Information System (CIS) to the energy sector.

Our offices are in Oslo, Dale i Sunnfjord, Førde, Hamar, Lillehammer - with this position open for Lillehammer but other locations could be considered for the right candidate.

 Key responsibilities:

• Be the manager and HR responsible for your team of about 15 resources
• Daily follow up of the team:
  • Estimation and planning of deliveries
  • Handling stakeholders
  • Report status
• Be part of the management team for EnoroCX R&D department and contribute in developing our delivery processes.

 Qualifications and skills:

• Educated on university level
• Minimum two years’ experience and knowledge from management of teams
• Well skilled in cooperation and communication.
• Systematic and targeted, with the ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously
• Good knowledge and understanding of technology and business
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken

• Enjoy working independently, but also with teams of colleagues or
• Have a desire and ability to contribute to overall success for the team and business
• Be service-oriented and trustworthy
• Be ambitious to develop yourself professionally
