Business Development Manager

TCR Scandinavia are searching for a Business Development Manager to manage the Commercial activities in the Scandinavian region.

As our new Business Development Manager, you have an excellent commercial business acumen with the ability to work at all levels of the customers business and a track record of success in building partnerships with customers.

In commercial relationships you are excelling and you enjoy being with your customers. The communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are excellent and you build commercial relationships with ease. You are a computer literate.

Internally, you will be the ambassador of Customer Centricity. Our values are common with yours.

The position will be reporting to Managing Director Scandinavia. Location are Oslo Gardermoen but for the right candidate Stockholm (Arlanda) or Copenhagen (Kastrup) could be optional.  
 

 Main responsibilities / tasks

• Overall responsible for business development with new and existing customers in the region.
• Responsible for preparing and follow up of customer offers.
• Identify the customer needs and be the main customer point of contact
• Liaise with customers on day to day concerns.
• Participate in the development of our products and services as well as improving our processes.
• Responsible for Fleet Management and controlling functions within the Region.
• Travel within Scandinavia must be expected.
• Report any deviations, customer warranties, complaints, accidents and near misses in our quality management system.
   

 Required experience

• Bachelor or Master Degree. Could be compensated by extensive sales experience.
• Desirable with 5 to 10 years' experience in sales function including experience from a Key Account role.
• Extensive knowledge of the Service sector and the Air Transport business would be an advantage.
• Knowledge and understanding of the commercial, legal and regulatory drivers within the sector.
• Comply with national security regulations to be eligible for issuance of an airside pass
• Fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian Languages.
