In order to strengthen our financial operations in the Sensors & Robotics division, we are looking for a highly motivated Financial Controller to join our Finance team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

In this role, you will be finance lead for Supply Chain including our production facilities.

• Be an active member of the Supply Chain Management.
• Setting guidelines and targets to hold the business accountable for its performance.
• Monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting for all Sensors & Robotics manufacturing, logistics and procurement operations.
• Periodically analysis of WIP and production orders.
• Warehouse analysis, including forecasting of expected level for the inventory.
• Make/buy analysis.
• Utilization analysis and forecasting.
• Spend analysis.
• Support decision making within reporting and governance.
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Finance team.

Requirements:

• Financial/economic education, Bachelor/Master.
• Excellent excel and IT system competence, preferably Microsoft Axapta knowledge.
• Ability to understand the connections and processes throughout the business.
• Relevant work experience, previous relevant work experience from production industry is an advantage.

• Practical, hands-on approach to work tasks.
• Self-driven person with positive attitude and good cooperative skills.
• Ability to understand the connections and processes throughout the business.
• Able to handle time pressure and deliver on time.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English. 
• Analytical.

The position requires that you can obtain security clearance.
