MDE is hiring a talented Project Support Lead to join our team with a smooth and efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of consultants and clients.
Responsibilities
• Provide the sales team with data reports, processes, and best practices
• Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs
• Maintaining good relationship with current/potential candidates, employees, and clients
• Coordinate mobilization of candidates to work sites
• Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies
• Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements
• Contract management, responsibility for contracts templates for customers, vendors, partners, and employees
• Quality management, overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence according to the ISO standards
• Ensuring that HSE, quality, and environment are taken good care of when planning and in execution of own and subordinate work tasks
• Following up the organization’s procedures cooperate and contribute to a good and safe working environment.
Qualifications
• 3 years of college/university education
• 5-10 years of experience from a recruitment company
• Language: Fluent written and verbal Norwegian
• Proficient in computer software systems
• Experience form Oil and Gas industry is an advantage
• Good oral and written skills in both English and Norwegian
• Excellent motivational skills
• Good team player, but also enjoys working independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, and good ability to multitask and prioritize
• Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
• Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
• Ability to pay strong attention to detail
