Software developer (Frontend)

We are looking for a dedicated junior or experienced frontend developer to design and create tools, libraries, applications, platforms and solutions which solve the challenges in the age of digitalization. We are looking for developers who can help us create modern web applications. We value insightful visualizations and intuitive interaction.

What are my responsibilities?

As a frontend developer you will be responsible for developing architecture and innovative applications within condition monitoring, status dashboards and analytics platform for the Oil & Gas, Drilling and Marine market. You design and implement solutions by utilizing modern technologies such as big data, data analytics and machine learning. Maintaining our infrastructure in Azure DevOps and building a foundation to easily grow will also be one of your tasks.

You will be a part of the Solution Management department and work in an agile and innovative environment with a team focusing tomorrow’s challenges and solutions. In your work you will be reporting to the product lifecycle manager of the digitalization portfolio, project manager or product owner of the development project, and key stakeholders of the business.

Demands for competency

• Successfully completed Master or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information systems or similar areas
• Experience in web development e.g. HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular (or similar JavaScript frameworks), REST service/ Web Socket and Type script
• Experience with MongoDB, PostGreSQL and/or Time series databases
• Experience of UX design is a plus
• Knowledge of IIS configuration is beneficial
• Knowledge of methods within artificial intelligence in combination with human machine interaction will be preferable.
• Knowledge of Oil and Gas or Energy industries is also beneficial
