Tech-savvy Support Agent @ Time and Date AS
We are looking for a service-minded, organized, and tech-savvy person to provide support to our global customers. We run timeanddate.com, the world's leading website in its field. With more than a million people visiting our site every day, we want our users to have a great experience when they ask us for help.
As our support agent, you are our crucial link to our customers, and you will be in charge of both answering their questions and making sure our services provide what they are asking for.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to users using Freshdesk (our customer service software), email, app stores, etc...
- Assist our API customers
- Identify and escalate bug reports
- Manage Freshdesk
- Keep track of sales requests, e.g. for our API Services
- Keep our FAQs and help pages up to date
- Monitor various internal logs and escalate issues if necessary
- Help with testing products
- Provide input about our users' experiences
Qualifications:
- Service-minded
- Great English and Norwegian communication skills; German is considered a plus
- Good understanding and interest for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android systems
- Knowledge of JIRA and Freshdesk is considered a plus
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Basic technical understanding (developer tools, debug controls, internet browsers)
