Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are strengthening our IT department and are looking for an Infrastructure Support Specialist who will be part of our Infrastructure team as the primary support for Backup and Disaster recovery enterprise wide and serve as a technical resource for maintenance and support for network and server environment.The position reports to IT Manager Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Architect and support for Microsoft Technology
• Maintain and support all regional servers and infrastructure
• Maintain and support Backup and Disaster recovery environment
• Prepare, document and maintain technical standards
• Support and help the Infrastructure team in day to day operations
• Install, configure, monitor and maintain Enterprise Server Systems
• Maintain Windows security and operating system patch levels for both enterprise server systems and all workstations
• Network Management / Monitoring systems
• Create and maintain scripted solutions
• Support and troubleshoot Internal Network switches and firewalls when required
• Be a part of projects as defined by the Manager
• Support and help the Infrastructure team in day to day operations

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or relevant education but equivalent experience will be considered
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge in Azure and Microsoft environments
• Excellent knowledge in backup systems and policies
• Excellent verbal and written English and Norwegian
