As Apple Solutions Consultant (ASC), you are our face and Apple's foremost expert and ambassador. In an inspiring way, it is precisely you who ensure the good customer experience in our Shop-in-shop at Elkjøp in Fredrikstad. You will be responsible for the customer's Apple experience in your store. Apple is very committed to finding the right personality for this position.

Your mission is to make sure that the entire Apple ecosystem is in the consciousness of the store's staff at all times. You must ensure good product and sales training as well as create good relationships with employees, managers and customers. In addition, you are responsible for sales, information, guidance, demonstrations and product placement.

We are looking for you who have experience from sales / store operations and customer service. You are creative, good at seeing opportunities and thrive on responsibility. You have a strong eye for detail, and take pride in maintaining the high standard of retail Apple is known for, at all times.
