We are looking for a Product Owner with a strong passion for creating digital products and great customer experiences to join our team in Telenor Norway. As a product owner you will be part of a great team that is focusing on products and services that simplify everyday life of people and families through engaging customer journeys, content and services that makes a difference. 

Our new product owner will be responsible for MinFamilie and possible new upcoming services. You will own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and operations. You will be working with a cross functional team where you explore, inspire and are the voice of the customer as you drive product development and user experience ? all based on a deep understanding of customer and market needs. 

You will be crucial for the success, by making products that turn our vision and strategies into realities and great experiences. We are working based on agile principles and in, and strongly believe in making the best products based on user insights and data.

As a Product Owner you will be responsible for:

• Being the voice of the customer
• Develop, own and communicate product vision and strategy
• Product roadmap, backlog and feature prioritization 
• User insights - turning insights into features and experiences
• Running experiments and A/B testing
• Release management and QA
• Setting up and managing operational processes
• Managing & developing our analytics capabilities
• In cooperation with internal teams, managing in-app engagement and marketing
• You might also run design sprints, and/or hackathons, and/or strategy workshops with internal and external participants

We are looking for you that have some or all of these qualifications:

• Completed relevant Bachelor or Master degree
• Has 2+ years of experience as product manager or from similar position. You will be part of shaping and defining your role, making this an opportunity for newly graduated as well as senior product managers
• Experience or with or interest in agile methods and tools
• It is a plus but not a requirement to have experience or knowledge within some of the areas like: development tools & processes, UX, user research, voice interfaces, machine learning and analytics
• It is also a plus to have experience from the Scandinavian market
• Speak and write fluent English
