Delivery Services Advisor

Our portfolio of products and services is extensive, and in Cloud Delivery we have a wide range of interfaces involved in the delivery of our cloud solutions. Now we are looking for someone who is eager to join the Delivery Services Team to help ensure that we deliver according to our product catalogue.

Tasks and responsibilities: 

• Provide advice to ensure correct use of our cloud products and services
• Be an advisor in use of licenses from Microsoft and other vendors
• Support sales in shaping and framing our customer offerings
• Define requirements for how products and services shall be reported for control
• Report use of licenses to vendors
• Report deviations in product lines 
• Ensure that deliveries are correctly invoiced
  

We are looking for someone who have:  

• Good understanding of Cegal´s cloud solutions offering, or is eager to set out to gain the necessary knowledge
• Future oriented with regards to public cloud (Azure, Google etc)
• Structured, organized and communicative
• Commercial mindset

Formal requirements:  

• Higher education within one or more directions: Information Technology, Quality/Risk management
• Preferable with relevant experience within testing, test management, software development and/or IT infrastructure.
• Master the Norwegian and English language, both written and oral
