The GSCM Systems Administrator is working with our suppliers and facilities to ensure that our suppliers information are valid, updated and compliant so we can run our business efficient and in accordance with internal and external requirements.

If you have a good system understanding preferably from working with Supplier Lifecycle Management modules in Oracle, enjoy presenting and educating users on a global level and easily interact with other people, you might be the person we are looking for in our Global SCM Systems Administrator function.

Major Responsibilities:

• Lead activities related to Supplier System Administration
• Educate and follow-up our suppliers about NOV requirements and specifications
• Facilitate and execute training sessions for users
• Report on system performance and project status
• Work in a team of highly skilled specialists to identify improvement potential in our supplier base based on long term strategies.
• Monitor that improvements are efficient and facilitate adjustments if needed.
• Other tasks requested by management

Qualifications:
Relevant academic background and experience related to Systems, customer service and/or Supply Chain Management. Strong process and systems understanding required.
