Senior specialist Maintenance Process

 Business Area Production has several roles within the Statkraft Group. The main areas of responsibility are asset ownership roles for the European Flexible Generation and District heating assets and that of mandatory service provider for operation and maintenance (O&M) globally.

 O&M Support is one of the departments in central technical staff in Business Area Production. The department is providing governance, services, systems and support within Operations & Maintenance to operative units and asset owners. The department has three sections, Asset performance management, Metering and Process & System Support. Currently the department consists of 18 employees.

 We are looking for a new collegue as Senior specialist Maintenance Process.

 Your role:

• Actively contribute to develop our maintenance discipline
• Manage maintenance process and system; support and training of users
• Contribute with O&M competence in asset development projects
• Support operating units in data-driven continuous improvement tasks
• Identify improvement areas and new insight through maintenance analysis
• The position will preferably be located at the head office in Lilleaker, Norway. Some travelling will be required.

 Your profile:

• Masters degree within technology. Relevant experience may compensate for missing formal education
• Operational maintenance experience, preferably as a maintenance manager
• Familiar with maintenance methodology and tools (RCM, RCA, )
• Experience with improvement processes and lean-tools (SMED, 5S,)
• An analytical mind-set and understanding of quantitative models as tools for gaining insights and support decisions.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, preferably SAP ERP
• Proactive and self-driven
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Fluent in one of the Nordic languages and good English skill
