CO2 Engineer - CO2 Management AS

Norway, as the only oil and gas exporter in Europe, is for security of energy reasons obliged to develop the oil and gas industry for many generations. 200,000 employees in the industry annually generate five times more value than the next one. The greenhouse CO2 emissions per boe produced is lower than anywhere else. The oil industry is continuously working to reduce the emissions further.

CO2 Management AS was established in June 2019 and is a Petrolia network company. The objective is to provide CO2 management, engineering and investments to reduce CO2 emissions in the oil industry. This includes Carbon Capture and Storage, and hydrogen production.

The company seeks an ambitious Engineer with approximately 1-5 years of relevant work experience. A keen interest in CO2 reduction in the oil and gas industry is a prerequisite. 

Place of work is Bergen or Øygarden municipal and commencement date is on agreement.
