Are you ready for a challenge?
We are now looking for Head of People (HR) to ensure that our office in Norway attracts and develops the best talent in the industry. You can achieve this by having a deep understanding of local industry and trends, maintaining industrial and employee relations, implementing HR processes, tools, programs, practices, people strategies and solutions, ensuring compliance and advising and supporting Line Mangers and HR BPs on people related challenges. You are also expected to have knowledge on how to facilitate local execution of organizational change initiatives and programs. This is an individual contributor role that will report to Head of People Northern and Central Europe.
Performance Indicators for the role:
- Effective ramp up of the organization, working closely with recruitment teams
- Local execution of global processes and relevant change management (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Rewards, Learning & Development, Human Resources Operations)
- Ensure a good employee engagement in the country dimension with good employee experience
- Local partner management, and compliance (incl. local authorities, Unions, EWC & SOX)
- Representation of people function on local management and governance teams putting people first
- Contribution to region people strategy formulation

- Good understanding of HR practices across the sectors
- Knowledge of local legislation and Norway HR Ecosystem
- Hunger for business understanding and converting that understanding to people solutions
- Strong collaboration skills as we are a virtual team working in a large region
