The Graduate Engineer Development Scheme

The Graduate Engineering Development Scheme exposes graduates to a variety of experiences, which include; formal training sessions and on-the-job development spanning from detailed design engineering to opportunities to work offshore.

Subsea 7 has a large focus on developing both generalists as well as specialists. We provide an environment that promotes and supports the development of broad business skills and technical knowledge, which enables our graduates to work effectively within our global organisation.

As a graduate you are assigned to a relevant discipline, based on your personal and competence profile and business needs. You will become a valuable member of the team and collaborate across disciplines.

During the one-year development scheme you will attend various training sessions and networking events in Aberdeen, London and Stavanger. All graduates are assigned a mentor.

Qualifications:

Our graduates typically have an engineering degree within one of the following areas: Mechanical, Civil, Geotechnics, Structural, Marine/Naval Technology, Material Technology,  Offshore Technology and Energy and Environmental Engineering.

The positions are based in Stavanger with onboarding in August/September 2020.
