JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Write, archive and make available technical user documentation.
- Produce product related documentation and distribute information from users and internal stakeholders such as operations, sales, marketing, service & after sales within the group.
- Maintainin and contribute to developing work processes for producing technical product documentation in development projects.
ORGANIZATIONAL POSITION:
Reports to Manager Documentation & Compliance.
RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:
- Responsibility for producing user documentation for products.
- Responsibility for working according to processes related to product documentation.
- Right to participate in decisions regarding design and contents of user documentation in collaboration with documentation team.
MAIN TASKS:
- Produce technical user documentation on assignment from product managers.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant product regulations and standards that will have impact on requirements for user documentation.
- Participate in collaboration group with other technical writers in the company.
- Act as a resource for supporting other users of InDesign.
- Support product managers in standardizing products, product information and documentation.
- Write and distribute product information internally in the organization using Technical Service Information, Tech News and Price List Guide on assignment from product managers.
- Participate in improving and maintain relevant work processes for technical documentation.

I 2005 etablerte Hytech Personnel egen avdeling for merkantile tjenester.
Våre lokaler er i Skvadronveien 27 på Sola. Vi er åtte fast ansatte i administrasjonen og har en base på 350 medarbeidere. Hver dag er det mellom 120 -180dyktige medarbeidere ute i oppdrag, og søker stadig etter nye dyktige medarbeidere til våre kunder
