Job Description:
- Start-up and closeout of projects in SAP
- Create/modify/close WBS structure in SAP
- Create sales order (s) in SAP
- Monthly closing of project accounts
- Cost-/profitability analysis
- External financial reporting to client (weekly, monthly, baseline updates)
- Internal financial reporting to Project Management Team and Business Control
- All financial project forecasting and budgeting
- Contribute in change- and tender work
- Project Accountant tasks (allocation of personnel in SAP, maintain rate matrix, time recording, invoicing, general accounting, etc.)
- Acquire knowledge to customer IT system and requirements
- Manage and delegate tasks to Cost Controllers and Project Accountant
- Proactively seek information and/or clarification needed from other roles to enable continuation and completion of own work
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor in Business Administration
- Knowledge of the oil and gas sector
- An advantage with some years of relevant experience with financial and reporting processes, analysis work and improvement processes
- Good expertise in IT tools (SAP, Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the oil and gas sector
- Commercial insight and understanding - ability to understand the commercial realities that affects the organization.
- Relationship building - a good understanding of the importance of creating good to close relationships with customers.
- Targeted and flexible - committed to finding optimal solutions within the project framework and having a good competitive instinct and willingness to work.
- Initiative and self-motivated - ability to act on your own initiative, identify opportunities and be proactive.
