Graduate Analyst - Test Consultant

Cognizant has the world's largest independent testing practice with more than 540+ clients across the globe and over 32,000 people working in our practice within consultancy, (non)- functional testing and test environment.  Our associates are specialists because they have specific sector knowledge or because they are working in one of our specialized Centers of Excellence. These centers deliver industry-leading solutions in the areas of performance, mobility, automation and test data. We have named our practice Quality Engineering and Assurance as we not only focus on defect detection, but also on prevention by pushing quality up the software development lifecycle. This way we help our clients by preventing defects before it becomes costly and time consuming to solve them.

Your role:

As a Junior Test Consultant, you will focus on Quality Assurance, Testing and Quality Compliance of Digital Systems and Technologies in collaboration with client stakeholders and with support from Cognizant experts along the way.  

About the graduate program:

The Nordics are recruiting new talent for our graduate program. The Graduate Program offers an 18 month targeted training program and Comprehensive Cognizant Academy training, including a two-week onboarding in Spain. All graduates are mentored by Cognizant experts throughout program.

Key Requirements: ·        

• Higher academic education. Relevant Bachelor / Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related.
• Interest in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of banking, financial services or insurance industry
• Knowledge in IT/Software Lifecycle, and emerging areas such as Agile/DevOps
