Do you have experience with support for IT & AV advanced infrastructure environments?

Our customar are in the need of strengthening their onsite customer support team with an experienced IT/AV technician to support and manage the customer IT and AV infrastructure and advanced collaboration environments

Duties / Core responsibilities

• Management and support of customer Audio/Video and corresponding IT infrastructure and advanced collaboration environments both onshore and offshore
• Participation in AV and collaboration projects
• Advisory related to improvements of AV and collaboration environments

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year IT related education 
• Experience with the support of advanced AV equipment and solutions in multi-user collaboration environments (AV control systems, AV matrixes, KVM solutions, Signal Extension solutions, VideoConferencing etc.)
• Some technical (hands-on) experience with supporting Microsoft Windows desktop environments
• Experience working according to provided requirements and procedures
• Familiar with ITIL processes or similar 

The following skills and experience will be an advantage but are not a requirement:

• Experience from support of Oil & Gas collaboration environments
• Offshore work experience
