We re looking for an experienced Project Manager in Horten

In the position as Project Manager you will work closely with highly skilled Engineers and research personnel. You will be responsible for planning and monitoring development of new subsea products. Duties include internal coordination of resources and project follow up. To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated and have excellent collaborative skills.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams with highly motivated and dedicated specialists
• Manage projects in accordance with the company’s internal processes
• Define and manage project plans, timelines and budgets
• Coordinate project resources and monitor project progress
• Control and manage project cost and schedule

Your qualifications and competence

• Minimum Bachelor (3 years) with relevant Engineering/Business administration degree
• Experienced in technical project management
• Familiar with Scrum/agile methodology
• Experience from MS Project Professional, ERP system (Axapta), Team Foundation Server, Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Teams), SharePoint, Teamcenter
• Self-driven, structured and systematic with excellent communication skills
• High execution capacity and team player with the ability to motivate project teams
• Initiative and accountability
• Service minded, collaborative and solution oriented
• Fluency in English, both verbal and in written
