You will lead a team of 5 who maintain and develop Telia Norway’s analytics and reporting platform. Our team is small, yet critical in giving insight to our users and organisation. More than half of the time you will be an individual contributor together with your team of curious and hardworking do’ers. Everyday, we strive to provide our business with excellent insight.

Insight Operations work closely with a large group of stakeholders all in need of our help to achieve business critical activities. Your ability to prioritize and great communicative skills are therefore crucial in succeeding in this role.

You will report to Head of Analytics and have monthly face-to-face check-ins. Manager of Insight Operations is a part of the IT Analytics leadership team and the Extended IT Leadership team.

Your experience

Of course, it is a big plus if you have leadership experience, but it is not a requirement. We want to meet you who truly believe that you can take on this responsibility in leading our team.

As an individual contributor, you are skilled within either of the following areas: Data Engineer, Project management, Report/Dashboard developer, Data Scientist, Data Steward.

It is also a big plus if you have

• experience from Data Engineering or a BI team or as a Data Scientist
• experience with AWS, Big Data, Hadoop, Snowflake, Databrics, PySpark, Jupyter Notebooks, Qlik View, Qlik Sense, Looker, Informatica, Denodo, Python or Business Opjects
• familiarity with DataOps, DevOps or Agile

English is our common language; therefore, it is important that your English is fluent both spoken and written. Do you speak Norwegian as well? Great!
