Design Coordinator - infrastructure construction projects

PNC Norge AS is currently looking for a new Design Coordinator at the comapny's office in Oslo. If you have previous operational experience from the similar field, preferably within infrastructure construction projects, we would like to hear from you.

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinate the design process for the projects within infrastructure
• Prepare tender design documentation and design details for execution
• Participate in internal and external design meetings and provide valuable input into optimizing the design
• Develop scope of work, deliverables and contract with budgets for design and construction
• Maintain documentation of all processes
• Coordinate internal and external resources through the design process
• Manage communication between the design team, construction site, client, subcontractors, suppliers and other parties involved
• Follow up and provide technical support during the construction process
• Ensure that deadlines are kept and agreed quality level is maintained

Our requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Master degree in engineering
• Experience from working within the Norwegian market and with public clients
• Fluency in Norwegian and English
• Experience in handling of projects over 500 million NOK is an advantage
