Head Energy is looking for an experienced Project Manager

Head Energy is glad to offer the following contract position as an Project Manager in Horten for an exciting customer.

Job Description:

• Lead cross-functional teams with highly motivated and dedicated specialists
• Manage projects in accordance with the company’s internal processes
• Define and manage project plans, timelines and budgets
• Coordinate project resources and monitor project progress
• Control and manage project cost and schedule

Preferred knowledge/skills:

• Self-driven, structured and systematic
• High execution capacity
• Team player with the ability to motivate project teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Initiative and accountability
• Service minded, collaborative and solution oriented

Education/Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor (3 years) with relevant Engineering/Business administration degree
• Experienced in technical project management
• Familiar with Scrum/agile methodology
• Experience from MS Project Professional, ERP system (Axapta), Team Foundation Server, Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Teams), SharePoint, Teamcenter
• Fluency in English, both verbal and in written

Language:

• Norwegian
• English
