At ix3, we invent new ways of working and develop new solutions.

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented and innovative Solution Architect – Lead Workbench who can join the core platform team to further develop our stack of development tools, working environment (Workplace) and API Management in our expanding software house.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Our development tools are from e.g. Atlassian and we are using Apigee for API management. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Delivering and maintaining an effective coherent development toolset
• Delivering and maintaining an effective Workplace
• API Service management
• Cost reporting

Qualifications and Personal Qualities:

Educational background:

• Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Computer Science or related field

Required experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Service Management and/or Software development
• Experience in managing a complete toolset for software development from initial phase through to production, preferably from cloud developments on Google and/or Azure OR
• Experience in cloud development and complex development environments, preferably from cloud developments on Google and/or Azure

Relevant additional experience:

• Experience with agile development methods
• Experience with cost reporting and business intelligence

Relevant tools and technologies:

• Google Cloud Platform technology stack and key services
• Atlassian tools
• Jenkins
• RESTful services (API)
• Relational databases and NoSQL databases
• Microsoft Office 365 and Sharepoint

Skills and personal attributes:

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good level of written and spoken Norwegian is an advantage
• Team- and relationship builder
• Proactive and open-minded
• Innovative mindset
