Senior Associate - Deals Strategy team - PwC Advisory

The PwC Deals Strategy team provides strategic and operational advice to leading Nordic private equity houses, their portfolio companies and to larger corporations.

Our services include strategic advisory, market assessments, commercial due diligence, post merger integration, carve outs, acceleration programs and other business transformation projects.

The Deals Strategy team is part of the PwC Advisory practice with 500 professionals in Norway and over 60,000 globally, representing a solid client base, colleagues with sector- and practice specific competency as well as vast career development opportunities.

Deals Strategy is experiencing increasing demand for its services in Norway and is looking to recruit experienced project managers that independently can lead and execute client projects and support senior management in further growing the practice.

Responsibilities:

Lead project work streams and be a senior analyst resource on projects in Norway and the Nordics

Coach and develop junior team members

Contribute to best practice project delivery and client relationships development

Requirements:

Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree in Business/Management/Finance or other relevant disciplines including Engineering

2 to 4 years of management consulting background with strong project management track record. Accompanying senior management, investment banking and digital transformation experience is considered highly relevant.

Exceptional analytical, commercial, and problem solving skills

Strong presentation and communication skills

Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages and business knowledge of English
