Are you the one we are looking for?

As our new Business Partner Management Expert you will: 

• Get to use your competence to implement long and short-term strategies
• Be able to design and support implementation of the Business Partner programme including IDD and systems
• Become support to a team of stakeholders, including Legal, Risk, Procurement Officers and Heads of Compliance in the business units, and Telenor Procurement Company located in Singapore
• Be able to use your skills to provide expert process advice to these key stakeholders
• Share your knowledge, coordinate, and support other expert advisors to develop a tool box and ad hoc advice on identification of risks and mitigating actions
• Ensure evolving risk pictures are understood and tracked
• Identify and develop data analytics to effectively monitor risks
• Ensure support to and align with Telenor?s risk management on risk issues

What you will need to be successful:

• You have a master?s degree preferably in law, risk management, corporate compliance or other relevant fields
• You have previously worked with anti-corruption or 3rd party management in a large international company
• You demonstrate written and oral communication skills that are clear, precise and structured
• You have experience with developing and implementing compliance activities
• You are good at managing your stakeholders and a trusted advisor to senior management
• You take and implement initiatives, and are experienced in developing strategies as well as building programmes and systems

It is a bonus if you:

• Have experience from working with emerging markets in Asia
