Director of Finance

We are looking for a Director of Finance with business acumen for Nammo Raufoss AS, our largest legal entity in the Nammo Group. The Director of Finance reports to the president and is a member of the management team. The finance function includes 12 colleagues.  The finance function is responsible for the Norway shared service center and the Group accounting. You cooperate closely both with the management team and the group finance team. 

Key responsibilities

• The Director of Finance is responsible for maintaining and developing all accounting and controlling processes and competences to excellence, to support the core business
• Support management with financial leadership on an operational, tactical and strategic level
• Responsible for the ERP system (Oracle) with relevant supporting software
• The accounting function is also responsible for the group accounting services
• Secure good quality, efficient and timely deliveries of financial services, including professional internal control and risk management in accordance with rules and regulations
• Responsible for the shared service center through a finance manager. Services includes all financial services to three legal entities and responsibility for Nammo Group accounting

Personal skills:  

• Team person with excellent communicative skills and high personal integrity
• Strong on financial subjects, proactive and goal oriented
• Strategic and analytical mindset

Education and experience:  

• Finance related MSc/MBA
• 5 - 10 years relevant work experience
• Strong competence within finance related subjects, such as NGAAP and IFRS
• You have a high capacity in Norwegian and English, both written and oral
