At TIDAL we are a team of enthusiastic people with great passion for tech, music and design. We are growing fast, and are now we are searching for an energetic IT Recruitement Specialist to help us grow even more.

This position is ideal for someone who has a background in recruitment  in tech or startup companies. You thrive in a fast-changing environment, love working with hardcore tech enthusiasts, and have experience from leading talent acquisition through innovative approaches and platforms. At TIDAL, you will be part of a small team where you can directly impact the growth and development of the company through your skill and passion for talent acquisition.

What this position entails: 

You will own the entire talent acquisition flow, with specific focus on our tech team’s needs. In addition, you will focus on the candidate experience and continuous improvement regarding this. This position will be an important part of our HR team and work closely with our tech-teams, and further you will: 

• Assist hiring managers in the recruitment process and manage candidate pipelines
• Participate and conduct interviews
• Work on online campaigns, sourcing alternatives, and other talent acquisition strategies
• Proactively search candidates for tech positions
• Work to actively strengthen our employer brand and ensure TIDAL is visible in relevant forums
• Write compelling job descriptions conveying the crux of the positions and the teams 

About you: 

• Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition in technology companies specifically
• Experience with talent sourcing and employer branding
• The ability to understand technical roles and you have a network within the tech-world
• Experience in offering management support in all aspects of recruitment
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English. We consider it an advantage if you are also fluent in Norwegian. 

You are independent and self- driven, you have a “can-do” attitude and enjoy working with teams and collaborating broadly throughout the organization. You are creative in your approach to talent acquisition and you know what it takes to attract the best tech-talent.
