Team Lead Truck Deliveries

Team Lead Truck Deliveries is overall responsible for executing the schedule and coordination of truck deliveries for Gasum (LNG and LBG). This includes planning, monitoring and executing of the deliveries to ensure that these are made in due time and according to applicable rules, regulations and in accordance with Gasum strategy. Team Lead Truck Deliveries is responsible for the operational contact both with suppliers and customers related to this trade. 

Main tasks:

• Supervise terminals and customers' requirements for deliveries such as tank levels, schedule and prognosis, utilization of trailers/assets optimize delivery handling between Gasum – Customer – Transportation companies and prices for transportation 
• Supervise vendor obligations
• Coordinate activities with Gasum
• Prepare for invoicing and control
• Other operational tasks

 Educational background and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics
• Relevant work experience can compensate for lack of formal education
• 5 + years of relevant work experience from logistics/transportation/dangerous goods transportation
• Team management experience and involvement in strategic projects would be advantageous

 You will report to Logistics Manager and work closely with the rest og the logistics organisation. Office location is Tananger.
