Controller Operations- Scandinavia

TCR Scandinavia is searching for a controller to support the operations of our entities in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. You have passion for your work and are able to communicate with multiple stakeholders on all levels in the organization. The position will be reporting to Business Controller and located at Oslo Gardermoen.

Main responsibilities/tasks

• Support business controller in preparing and checking the rental invoices for the Scandinavian region
• Support business controller in the budget and forecast processes
• Assist in preparing monthly internal reporting to the region and group
• Prepare customer reporting
• Conduct analyses per customer, entity, GSE family and make recommendations
• Collaborate on strategic projects to improve the cost efficiency of the relevant entities
• Develop and prepare KPI reporting for entities and formulate recommendations for improvement
• Support Country Managers with ad-hoc analysis
• Support Fleet Manager on the daily management of the fleet
• Responsible for Supplier Contract Management
• Travel must be expected
  
  

Required experience

• Bachelor or Masters degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or similar fields 
• Business analytics (2-3 years of experience)
• Good written and presentation skills in both English and one of the Scandinavian languages
• Good skills within Excel (advanced), Power BI, MS Office (basic) and ERP systems (SAP)
• Comply with national security regulations to be eligible for issuance of an airside pass
