FrontCore is seeking Account Executives to join our fast-growing sales team in Oslo. You will engage with companies in the mid-market and enterprise segments to identify how the FrontCore’s solution can help them to reach key business and growth objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will evangelize FrontCore’s solutions and help prospects understand how our training/course management solution can allow them to empower training professionals to deliver value to customers and manage their training franchise efficiently.

 

As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for developing new business. You understand and know how to uncover your clients’ needs to ensure you offer the best and most valuable solution. Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, passion to be part of FrontCore, and the drive to not only meet, but exceed, sales targets. With a winning attitude, a passion for customer success, we offer comprehensive career development plans

 

What you’ll do

  • Master the intricacies of B2B sales from cold call to close
  • Receive top-notch, continuous sales training from our sales team, and the FrontCore leadership team
  • Gain exposure to leaders in innovation and technology in their given space
  • Effectively demonstrate FrontCore software through use of GoToMeeting
  • Developing and managing executive level and key stakeholder customer relationships

Who you are

  • Hard working with sales experience with documented results delivering on or above sales targets
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, self-driven and result oriented
  • Energetic self-starter who is proactive in holding yourself accountable to a consistent sales process.
  • Highly competitive nature and desire to build a career in software sales
  • Someone with strong work ethic and commitment
  • Fluent English and experience with talking English on a day to day basis (Such as studying abroad)
