Fleet Manager- Scandinavia

TCR Scandinavia are looking for a Fleet Manager to manage the GSE fleet located in Scandinavian countries.

You are a good communicator on all levels and are eager to continue to develop the fleet management role in the region. You enjoy working on a detailed level as well as finding overall solutions for our customers. You are analytical and are accustomed to work with large data sources and able to present results to the main stakeholders. Supports the overall safety objectives by setting and monitoring service schedules and compliance of our fleet. Our values are common with yours.

The position will be reporting to Business Development Manager. Location are Oslo Gardermoen but for the right candidate Stockholm (Arlanda) or Copenhagen (Kastrup) could be optional. 

Main responsibilities/tasks

• Record all fleet and contractual movements in ERP system
• Prepare and follow-up documentation behind any fleet movements within different stakeholders
• Act as local customer contact for fleet related questions
• Assist equipment sourcing by collecting local feedback on required specifications
• Schedule and track required logistics for movements within Scandinavia
• Manage the annual fleet inventory in collaboration with local teams
• Maintain an up-to-date fleet database
• Act as Point of Contact towards TCR International in fleet related matters
• Plan and perform Fleet Audits
• Some travels most be expected

Required experience

• Bachelor or Masters Degree, preferably in logistics or equivalent experience within fleet management or logistics
• English and one of the Scandinavian Languages
• Comply with national security regulations to be eligible for issuance of an airside pass
• Good skills within Excel (advanced), MS Office (basic) and ERP systems
