Indra Navia, Tower Systems is searching for skilled workers. The product InNOVA has a solid market position and is installed at more than 100 airports worldwide. We participate actively in the international SESAR (Single European Sky ATM Research) project for the development and deployment of future ATM systems. Tower Systems is developing rapidly, and we are facing an exciting new phase of major expansion. Would you like to join the team?

Main work task:
- Team leader for the Release Team, in close cooperation with Product Management, Development Management and Project Management
- Owner of the Release Management lifecycle including planning, scheduling, coordinating and management of releases across Tower Systems
- Do system testing and drive testing and maintenance procedures to make sure all our products meets the quality demands of our customers while achieving company goals in a timely manner
- Support system engineers and testers to improve the software engineering processes and practices associated with continuously building, deploying, and updating software and environments
- Pro-actively provide tools and services to manage and deploy releases into production and to adopt automated testing tools to increase productivity
- Lead the effort of defining the strategic direction for release management tools for IT to ensure the process requirements of release management are built in

Qualifications:
- Technical education on M.Sc. /B.Sc. level
- Minimum three years of previous release and test engineering experience
- Minimum five years of experience with information systems in an operations environment (systems analysis or development)
- Experience as a team leader, with proven ability to lead, including planning and progress reporting of tasks
- Extensive experience with test automation tools
- Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Formal training in project management preferred
- Ability to take initiative, work targeted and structured
- Proven analytical skills
- Able to work with parallel tasks on a tight schedule
- Excellent communicational and teamwork skills
- Fluent English communication, written and spokenOther desirable qualifications:
- Knowledge of agile software development methodology, like scrum
- System knowledge in ATC and/or communications
