EnterCard has five offices throughout Norway, Sweden and Denmark, and the HR team collaborates with colleagues across all EnterCard locations. We are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join our HR Business Partner Advisory team.
The Position:
As an HR Business Partner you will actively drive the HR agenda and facilitate the HR processes for performance management, staff cost, recruitments, cultural and strategic initiatives as well as legal compliance. The role demands a high level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Enabling business success through coaching, advising and challenging leaders on people issues, organisational changes, recruitments and HR processes
- Understanding the internal and external business drivers, trends and best practices that impact the business and the people agenda
- Driving cross-functional collaboration and communication within assigned functions
- Contributing to implementing agreed processes, systems, frameworks and tools, in addition to running HR projects Staff cost monitoring, control and forecasting
- Being a part of the HR Leadership team where you are expected to constructively contribute towards emphasising change, ways of working and the ONE HR agenda
You:
- Are ambitious on behalf of HR and yourself, can quickly learn the business and understand how each part connects with the one another
- Know how to make a strategic move based on a systematic analysis. Have an eye for details and leave no numbers behind
- Have an analytical and digital mind-set and bring this with you to whatever project you are working on
- Are curious about new ideas and embrace change and learning as a part of your daily work
- Enjoy solving a problem and believe that sharing your expertise and knowledge with your colleagues strengthens the team
- Always keep the best interest of the organisation in mind, and strive to find better and simpler solutions
- Have strong verbal skills and know how to facilitate and present an idea
- Are fluent in English and one Scandinavian language
- Identify and consider risks when working towards your team goals
- Have a relevant education for the position and a few years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Specialist or HR Business partner
- Experience from other business functions is an advantage
- Always apply a “can do” attitude when facing a problem
