Job Description:

The Junior Key Account Manager (KAM) is part of the retail team and will report to the Off Trade Manager Norway. Together with the Off Trade Manager the Junior KAM is responsible for securing listings, driving distribution and growing our volume at the different accounts within the Retail Market. The Junior KAM will support the Off Trade Manager on the main accounts and will be fully responsible for some of the sub-banners.

 

 

Tasks:

· Support the Off Trade Manager with getting all SKUs set up correctly in the used system, both EPD and Retailer specific.

· Preparation and execution the negotiation process with several accounts in cooperation with the Off Trade Manager.

· Developing and negotiating the account plans including portfolio and activation plan.

· Managing the budget and P&L for the assigned accounts.

· Realizing volume and revenue targets for the assigned accounts.

· Preparing assortment proposals and supporting with the registration and sell-in of introductions.

· Ensure efficient implementation, planning, system recording & evaluation of promotions and second placements.

· Recognizing market developments within the Retail market to test and adjust the account plans to make full use of opportunities.

 

 

Profile: 

· Finished academic degree;

· At least 2 years of commercial experience preferably within a retail or FMCG environment;

· Function is a boarding function, candidate has to show potential to grow in the organization;

· Strong sales and negotiation skills;

· Feels at home in a dynamic and challenging environment;

· Target driven and a “dream big” mindset;

· Wiling to walk the extra mile to deliver the results;

· Takes ownership of projects and shows flexibility and initiative to achieve set goals;

· Has good analytical skills and experience using Excel;

· Knows how to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
