Development Manager Visma Software SMB division

Visma SMB is in an exciting period of continuous growth and we are looking for a person to develop one of our key product into the future. This product line is one of Vismas largest investments ever and is responsible for one of the most strategic future products of Visma with a unique opportunity in the market. This is a truly international position and you will work closely with key stakeholders across our various market and with employees in various locations.

You will work with motivated, international and productive colleagues across Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Romania, and Lithuania.

As a development manager for this product line you will lead a department with several teams who are responsible for the core parts of the ERP solution. The main tasks and responsibilities are to develop the people and the processes needed for high quality deliveries within each of the teams. The position is located in the head quarter of Visma at Skøyen, Oslo.

You need to demonstrate strong strategic planning and management skills as well as experience of leading a technical department, in an international and multicultural environment.

This role requires the ability to influence and inspire others, being a driving force for strategic actions and implementation as well as ensure a strong common culture among employees spread across various locations.

Required professional skills:

• A master degree/ bachelor degree within or relevant experience and documented record of accomplishment
• Previous experience of leading development teams in an international and multicultural environment
• Ability to develop and maintain strong and productive relationships with key stakeholders and peers
• You have good commercial and business understanding and the ability and desire to collaborate and communicate
