As our new HR Manager, you will report directly to our new Head of HR Operations & Analytics and be part of building and shaping the new People, Culture & Strategy function.

You will be working with our leaders to secure lean and smart people processes and supporting tools. You are expected to challenge traditional “HR thinking” and deliver simple solutions in demand by business leaders. Together with the team you will have an excellent opportunity to influence and impact our business by supporting the execution of our People & Culture agenda.

Key responsibilities

As HR manager you will take part in establishing and executing on the following responsibilities:

  • Contribute to development of HR system platform and self-service tools that govern master employee data and enable e.g. workforce analytics incl. spans and layers
  • Establish policies and personnel handbooks, securing commonalities across countries to drive one company feeling
  • Create standards (e.g. contracts) and maintain procedures (e.g. salary review)
  • Support business leaders with personnel cases
  • Ensure health, environment and security (HSE) according to legal requirements as well as the work environment selection (AMU)
  • Handle and promote cooperation with the Unions
  • Deliver on recruiting needs in close collaboration with business partners, using strategic workforce planning to set direction
  • Secure a smooth onboarding process, making new joiners feel welcome  
  • Ensure Operations are compliant with Global Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and local labor law
  • Contribute to HR related projects

We are looking for

We imagine you have extensive experience with HR operations and a sound knowledge of “what good looks like” when it comes to people practices that propel an organisation in transformation forward. You must have experience within the main areas of responsibility.

We are looking for a curious team player with a proactive can-do attitude, a colleague who thrives in a changing environment and who is looking for a challenge beyond the ordinary - a person who wants to and is able to make an impact.

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive experience with HR operations and within the main areas of responsibility
  • You are obsessed with process, structure and standards
  • IT savvy and inspired by digital natives
  • You have high degree of personal flexibility, service attitude and ability to prioritize
  • You take accountability and execute efficiently
  • You have a relevant academic degree and a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience
  • You are a strong communicator and fluent in both English and Norwegian.


You are obsessed with process, structure and standards, IT savvy and inspired by digital natives. You understand the value of data driven decisions and are self-motivated with a high drive.

It is an absolute plus with working experience from tech environments and a proven track record on how to implement new people practices, incl. stakeholder and change management experience. You are self-motivated with a high drive.
