Tasks
- Responsible for managing department workflow to ensure KPI's and goals set by the service delivery agreement are achieved
- Coordinates and executes business review meetings with market representatives
- Supports and proposes ideas for different sales initiatives
- Tracks area targets and reports the findings to the Head of Operations and local markets to improve efficiencies and quality, while also being involved in daily operations
- Sets up motivational activities for the team leads and sales teams
- Creates a solution oriented, motivational and pleasant working environment for the employees, encourages teamwork
- Participating in crisis training and on-call support when required
- Taking part of different ad-hoc activities and projects
- Together with the teams continuously working with improvement processes
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Norwegian language
- A degree in relevant area of business and preferably minimum 2 years leadership experience is required (can be replaced with relevant experience)
- Strong customer service experience, communication and listening skills
- Enthusiastic leadership style with positive attitude and flexibility
- Understanding of Call Centre operations
- Computer literate - having sufficient knowledge and good skills to be able to use computer/programs for analysis and presentations
Education
- College / University, Bachelor's degree
