As Business Readiness Lead you will be the glue between the organization and our Transformation team. We are seeking a new colleague with Change Management knowledge and the ability to oversee all changes occurring in the interface between application development and the impacted businesses.

A large part of the role will be to communicate ongoing changes with the relevant stakeholders and to manage a time frame to ensure that all participants and users are informed and onboard with implemented changes. You should be experienced in Change Management and be able to recognize, understand and support change. Adoption is key in any Transformation effort. We need a lead that enjoys supervising processes, a natural communicator and want to influence and excite our users with new functionalities. You thrive in a hectic environment and aim to understand the impact of change. Don’t miss the opportunity to join one of the most exciting teams in our company!

Roles and Responsibilities

Host and facilitate the relevant change forums
Own the Business readiness lead role in all relevant projects
Create and control the change calendar
Assess change impact
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
Support training efforts
Collaborate with System owners and Release managers around the release plans for each system
Work together with our security teams to identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactic

Skills and Qualifications
Change Management knowledge
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Receptive and responsive
Have an innate understanding of how things connect with each other
Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations
Forward looking with a holistic approach
Must be a team player and enjoy working collaboratively
Bachelor in any Technological field or Economic field or relevant experience
