For our growing team in Oslo we are looking for supervisors

The future of transportation is autonomous, shared and sustainable. At Autonomous Mobility we are building the mobility solutions of the future.

Based in Denmark, Autonomous Mobility is working on projects in eight countries throughout the Nordics and Baltics. We have experience with operating autonomous vehicles already and we are launching more pilot projects in the coming months.

To support the operators in our vehicles, we’re creating a central supervision centre as a single point of contact for our daily operations, across all countries. We are looking for supervisors who will monitor our systems and maintain a line of communication with the operators.

What will a day look like?

You will be based at our Supervision Centre, in our Oslo headquarters, with the Autonomous Mobility team.

Most days will look the same - or pretty close - and this is a good thing! It means everything is running according to our procedures.

You’ll make sure that all these procedures are followed, that our operators always have a rock-solid backup to call if things go wrong and you will function as a main communicator between operators and our manufacturers support.

We are looking for someone who can easily talk to anyone and gives everyone a great service experience. We expect you to be articulated in writing and we want you to find the technology of self-driving vehicles really interesting. Also, we encourage your suggestions for improvements - we are a start-up company, after all!

What you'll do:

• Supervising the daily operation a number of ground vehicles and the operators in Oslo
• Handle all communication on relevant channels with the operators within your area of responsibility
• Fully support the operators according to our standard operating procedures
• Make sure that the operators comply with relevant standard operating procedures - and if not: help them to do so
• Make sure that all service interruptions are handled according to our standard operating procedures

You will be joining the Operations team and be referring to the Supervision Manager. The Operations team also includes our operators, who you will be working closely with them on most of your tasks. For training and to exchange knowledge with the rest of the team, expect 1-2 days of travel across Europe per month. You should also expect to be flexible with your working hours, with some days being later than others.

What you'll need:

• Stable and loyal personality
• Capable of working with a variety of personalities
• Flexible and curious
• Eye for details
• Fan of solid procedures
• Fluent in English (primarily written), preferably also a Scandinavian language
• Experience with working in an office is a must
• Highly confident with IT systems (we use Google Docs and Sheets) and quick on a keyboard
• Experience with control centre functions and standard operating procedures is a plus
