- HR a-z, including but not limited to:
- Team development and training
- Performance and talent management
- Manager coaching
- Compensation and cost control
- Closely collaborate with other departments, at multiple organizational levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or other relevant subjects
- Minimum 1 year experience from a similar role
- Good computer skills, including experience with HRIS systems
- Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language, verbal and written
