The Role:

  • We are expanding our high performing team In Oslo, to focus on the Norwegian or Swedish market, and are looking to recruit two performance focused Sales Executive to maximise revenue potential secured from our outbound lead generation process.
  • You need to speak fluent Norwegian or Swedish.
  • This is a consultative, solution lead sales approach which will require outbound sales activity with a main focus on calling to understand customers objectives and pain points to guide prospective clients through to adoption.
  • You will preferably have a B2B Sales background and experience of generating revenue opportunity through approaches made at a senior decision maker level in an SME or LMB environment, across all of our vertical sectors. (Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail etc)
  • You will be comfortable in an environment based on merit and will be driven by success, where an on-target revenue achievement attracts a highly attractive commission structure.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and/or grow the commercial success of Planday in your market.

• Deliver self-sourced outbound leads and drive end-to-end sales methodologies, including the qualification (in and out) of leads, nurturing and converting opportunities through to successful close.

• Generate a pipeline of opportunities on a monthly basis

• Deliver accurate and effective forecasting on a monthly basis

• Ensure that customers experience a seamless and enjoyable (WOW) journey through the sales process and on-boarding

• Follow sales processes and procedures that are central to the Planday sales ethos.
