We are experiencing growth and are currently looking to strengthen our team with the following positions; Procurement Manager, Vessel Manager and a HSE Manager. Work location will be either in Austevoll or in Bergen. Valid experience in the above mentioned position will be favored in the selection of candidates.
Position: Procurement Manager
Qualifications:
Higher education within logistics, or equivalent. Long experience can compensate for missing education. Min. 5 years’ experience from ship operations.
Skills and competencies:
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and avoid pressured situations by planning ahead, delegating and remaining calm.
• Systematic and effective.
• Good IT skills.
General
Procurement activities for all Company Offices and Vessels.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
· Evaluation, approval and audit of Vendors and Suppliers of Materials and Services
· Enforce strict purchasing routines throughout the Company
· Negotiate and maintain supplier agreements
· Develop and maintain logistic Procedures and Routines
· Keep the Fleet updated with information on approved Vendors and Suppliers
· Assist with preparation of Budgets
· Demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to the quality management system and the customers. (ISO 9001:2015 5.1).
Position: Vessel Manager
Qualifications
Higher maritime or technical education , or equivalent. Long experience can compensate for missing education. Min. 3 years’ experience from ship operations.
Skills and competencies:
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and avoid pressured situations by planning ahead, delegating and remaining calm.
• Systematic and effective.
• Good IT skills.
General
Overall responsibility for safe operation of dedicated Vessels
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
· Management of assigned Vessels according to the Company IMS, Company Policies and other prevailing Rules and Regulation set out by the Company, Authorities and Contract obligations
· Perform Annual Technical Inspections on board
· Arrange and follow up Class and Statutory Audits on board, monitor Class and Statutory Status
· Follow up the Vessel Maintenance System to a PMS standard (TMV2) in close cooperation with PMS Superintendent to harmonize a Fleet Standard
· Prepare and follow up Yard Stays and Dry Dockings using TMV2
· Prepare and present monthly reports according to the IMS, in close cooperation with the Controller
· Prepare the yearly OPEX budget in close cooperation with VP Marine Operations & HSE
· Approve expenditures according to “Vessel Budgets” for the assigned Vessels
· Handle Warranty, Hull and Machinery claims
· Prepare and file the information needed to invoice the Charterers.
· Follow up purchase activities for the Vessel according to budgets and processes/procedures set out by the Purchase department
· Responsible for ensuring that the vessel is manned by certified crew at any time, coordinated closely with the HR manager.

Company HSE management
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
· Develop and implement procedures to ensure, implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, Environmental and Security routines and standards
· Prepare HSE budgets to VP Marine Operations & HSE which ensure sufficient resources to meet the Company targets
· Set targets to achieve the Company's HSE objectives (KPI’s)
· Initiate investigations after incidents and non-conformities
· Initiate improvement projects, in conjunction with the Departments Heads
· Initiate and implement processes to ensure compliance with the certified and industry standards, to ensure HSE improvements
· To access all documentation within the company with regards to safety and environment. This includes inspection reports and appraisals / evaluations.
· Marine operations and nautical related projects and tasks
