E-Marketing Coordinator

You will be responsible for working alongside the Norwegian Marketing Manager to create, drive and support Avis Budget Group portfolio brands marketing and direct sales objectives.

Primary Duties will include but not be exclusive to:

• Managing and updating Avis and Budget website
• CRM - Preparing and sending out newsletters as well as maintain databases
• Creating campaigns and collateral
• Providing rental stations with materials (posters, flyers, gifts etc.) and coordinate mailings
• Producing promotion materials
• Preparing and updating sales letters, presentations, brochures etc.
• Translations
• Taking Co-responsibility for marketing of our loyalty program
• Social media management and advertising
• All internal communication of marketing related information
• Business intelligence
• Activity follow-up and project management
• Contributing to the annual marketing planning process

To be successful in this role, candidates will need to demonstrate the following:

• Degree educated (or equivalent) in marketing, digital marketing, communication or media.
• Be able to demonstrate previous experience within a similar marketing role.
• Great communication and writing skills
• Be fluent in both Norwegian and English
• Knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (Indesign, Photoshop etc.), SoMe management, CMS- and CRM-systems
• Basic knowledge of SEO and PPC
• Proactive, analytical and structured, yet creative for communication solutions
