We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our team!

The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and implementing local marketing strategies focused on brand awareness and market success. Our ideal candidate has a passion for project management and able to leverage creative thinking, networking, and understanding of the markets to grow brand awareness and affinity in market - specifically through experiential marketing, retail communication and local partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop best-in-class market strategy to connect local shop initiatives to the overall brand strategy, and ensure a consistent brand experience across the market
• Execute a local marketing plan, in partnership with the sales team, inclusive of campaigns, trade fairs, events and budget
• Use analytics to forecast business growth, and set a strategic approach to secure marketing investments
• Ensure that the local/regional feedback is taken into account by regularly visiting field sales teams, customers and stores.
• Create relevant presentations and sales tools for our sales teams. Develop and execute training tools for sales team and store staff
• Manage budget to support brand goals and growth 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of marketing experience
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated team player, with the ability to lead projects proactively
• Demonstrated ability in setting and achieving both short- and long-term priorities and goals
